Princess Elizabeth Alexandra Mary was born in London in 1926.  On her father's death she become Queen Elizabeth II in 1952 at the age of 25.  She pledged to dedicate her life to Public Service and reigned for 70 years celebrating her Platinum Jubilee this year in 2022.  Sadly on 8th September 2022 Queen Elizabeth died in Scotland at the age of 96.
