Do I get a certificate?  

The Certificate of Completion is issued at the end of the course.

If I miss my lessons, can I make them up later?

The student needs to inform us 24 hours prior to the class start, otherwise, the class will not be recovered.

How do I book lessons?

Via the website, you select which course you would like to attend and proceed with the booking.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the course?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Services) 2014 you the consumer have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and Flexi English during the period of 14 days from date of the issue of the confirmation invoice, which is when the contract starts. This is known as the “cooling off period”. Once you have completed the cooling off period of 14 days you will be under the full cancellation conditions of services which are 100% non-refundable.
